All works are guaranteed to be authentic as stated. Works found not to be so will be accepted for return and the purchase price refunded at any time if returned in the same condition as shipped. Independent authentication arrangements and all costs are to be borne by the buyer unless work is proven to be not as represented. Sales prices do not include the Copyright and other moral rights associated with the pieces. All posted sizes are approximate.
Works of art purchased from Discoveries in Art, LLC are sold unframed unless specially ordered with the pictured frame. Actual shipping cost is the Buyer's responsibility. Pieces are professionally wrapped and shipped insured within the United States by UPS, Federal Express or other reputable carrier. All pieces are shipped f.o.b Stamford, Connecticut. Each piece is accompanied by a bill of sale and description of the purchased work.
Payment must be made at the time of order by bank check or money order. For payments made via personal check, shipment will be delayed until the check clears the bank.
Payment plans are available. A payment schedule of consecutive monthly payments may be arranged. The first payment is due within three days of purchase and is non-refundable. The final payment includes shipping charges and Connecticut tax, if applicable.
Firm orders take precedence. Order confirmation is via E-mail and all orders must be placed via E-mail for record keeping purposes.
Sales are of the physical work of art only. All art works are sold exclusive of the copyright and droit morale rights (moral rights) and other rights associated with the works (such as the rights to reproduce the work.)
