I created the series Five Senses for my solo show titled Timeline. The show represented a timeline of events that have affected my life in important ways from childhood to adulthood. The series Five Senses in particular was about inner growth and about becoming more self-aware and self-connected. Our senses allow us to have experiences. I see them as doors to learning and growing.

Touch. For this piece I focused on my hands and the experience of cutting and shaping and feeling the small pieces of paper with the tip of my fingers. It was a slow and meditative process where the main intention was to awaken my sense of touch.
